2.1. Nature of Services:
Ask Dr Olz provides telehealth consultations with integrative and holistic healthcare practitioners. These consultations are conducted entirely online, and no physical consultations are offered. Our practitioners provide general healthcare advice, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations but do not replace traditional medical services in emergency situations.

2.2. Consultation Packages:
– **Premium Package**: Includes a 45-minute consultation and a free follow-up
consultation worth R500 (30 minutes) within 45 days after the initial consultation.
– Standard Package: Includes a 30-minute consultation and a follow-up
consultation worth R300 (15 minutes) within 45 days after the initial consultation.
– Basic Package: Includes a 15-minute consultation for R250. This is for
individuals requiring brief consultations.

2.3. Consultation Cancellations:
You may cancel or reschedule consultations up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made after this period will be charged in full. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

2.4. No Emergency Services:
Our telehealth services are not designed to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your nearest healthcare facility or dial emergency services.

3. Online Health Shop
3.1. Product Offerings:
Our online health shop offers a curated selection of health products, including
supplements, vitamins, and wellness products from reputable brands like
Metagenics, Idexis, Medford, Good Health, and Nutraceutics and many more. 

3.2. Product Pricing:
All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices may change without prior notice, but the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

3.3. Product Usage:
The health products sold on our platform are not intended to replace professional medical treatment. Always consult with a healthcare provider before using any health product or supplement.

3.4. Shipping and Delivery:
