2. Consultation Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

  • Refunds for consultations already completed are not provided.

  • If Ask Dr Olz cancels a consultation, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled appointment.

3. Supplement Returns & Refunds

  • Supplements are sold exclusively online and shipped unopened within South Africa.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt with photos and order details.

  • Valid claims will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Returns of unopened products must be approved and authorised by Ask Dr Olz before return shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Digital Products (Ebooks)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, ebooks and downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been accessed.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval, using the original payment method where possible.

  • Refunds may take longer depending on payment gateway processing times.
